We met another of Mr Owl’s friends this week – Mr Muddy Face. He can be tricky to spot, but if you look really carefully then you might just see….clay for a face, acorns for eyes, feathers for ears and a big shiny brown conker for his nose…yep that’s him. Captivated by his presence, the children decided to have a go at making their own clay faces. They explored natures carpet to choose the features and just look at the results! We had all sorts of wild and wonderful names, as the children told their class all about what they had created.
We also spotted a friendly cat and a bread munching squirrel along the way today.
