This week we have been continuing thinking about the months and seasons and the weather. As it’s been quite a wet week, we’ve been designing our own wellies. We’ve been having lots of fun in our new sandpit and enjoyed jumping in the muddy puddles.

The children collected the rain and then played floating and sinking in the water with resources they could find outside.
The children have also been learning about our poor birds that are living outside in this very wet winter. The bouncy blackbird, cheeky sparrow, blue tit and poor robin who has to hide in the barn.
They are also been making good use of the inside areas. Creating, building, using their imagination and play games .
