Welcome back to the Summer Term and also a big welcome to our new starters.
This week we have been enjoying the April story, where the two children meet all sorts of animals during their day, including birds, ducks, frogs and caterpillars. Each animal has a song and the children enjoyed singing and acting out the songs. We’ve been learning about the life cycle of a frog and had a go at our own frogspawn and frog pictures. We’ve been making the most of the warmer weather and spending lots of time outside. The children have also enjoyed looking at the tadpoles and caterpillars. We will be observing them over the coming weeks to see what changes we see.
