This week the children met Mr Owl – a wise old thing who lives among the tress at Dore. He told them a story about his friends ‘the pebble people’. Challenged with a hunt to find them, the children explored the school grounds excitedly. Only, when they found them, they discovered that the pebble people had no faces. Luckily the children used their creativity and painted them with big, happy, smiling faces. The children were excellent at following our school expectations this week, They were: Safe, Ready and Respectful.
